How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but domestic orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Music media such as Vinyl, CDs, and Box Sets must be returned in their original, unopened shrink-wrap to be eligible for a refund.
An item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
Limited edition items and tour merchandise are often produced in single runs and may not be restocked. However, core collection items are replenished regularly. We recommend signing up for our newsletter for restock alerts.
